Terms & Conditions


Contents of order cannot be changed or cancelled less than 48 hours before delivery. Produce is bought for your order a day before, so changing order last minute is not possible.


All of our juice is packaged in  recyclable PET plastic containers. Please make sure you recycle every bottle.
You must be home for your delivery. Delivery will be before 12 noon and you are required to sign for your parcel. If you are not home and the parcel is returned to our courier’s warehouse, we cannot be held responsible for any damage to the juice/perished juice. If you agree for your parcel to be left in a specific place or with a neighbour, we cannot be held responsible for any damage to your parcel.
We can’t be held responsible for couriers that deliver your package late. We will chase it up for you but we can’t take the blame for something out of our control. We book our couriers for a specific time slot but they can be late due to adverse weather conditions, busy periods, traffic and vehicle breakdowns.
Juices last 3-4 days and must be kept refrigerated at all times. As they are perishable and unpasteurised you need to keep them below 4 degrees right up until consumption. Make sure your fridge is turned down and if you go out, please take a cool bag. We can’t be held responsible for juices that perish because they haven’t been kept properly.

Refunds & Returns

Once delivery has been completed by the courier, the juice is your responsibility. This includes if the juices has been left in a safe space that you have notified us of or if it has been left with a concierge. It is your responsibility to inspect your package as soon as it arrived. If there are any issues or defect with your order, please contact us immediately. If you do not let us know within 3 hours of delivery, you will be deemed to have accepted the package and we reserve the right to reject a refund or replace your purchase.
Due to the nature of our product and it having such a short shelf-life, we do not accept returns. 


Our Subscribe & Save option gives you the chance to set up a regular juice subscription (deliveries every 7, 14 or 30 days) whilst also receiving 10% off every delivery. If you set up a subscription, the minimum amount of deliveries that you can receive before cancelling is 2.

Unpasteurised juices are not recommended for pregnant women or breastfeeding women.
All our products are made in a kitchen that handles allergens such as nuts and celery. We cannot be held responsible for any reaction that you may have to nuts or any other ingredients. Please email us before you order if you have any allergies and we will do our best to avoid using anything you are allergic to whilst producing your order.
